Q. How do I make purchase on this site?

To make your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” for desired product
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” if you wish to buy more product(s)
  3. Click “Checkout” to proceed payment
  4. Login with your Username and Password (or register an account if you are new)
  5. Confirm your shipping address
  6. Select your preferred shipping method
  7. Select payment method
  8. Confirm your billing details and read through the terms and conditions
  9. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here


Q. What if I forget my password?

Click “Lost Password?” key in your email address that is registered with your account. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to set a new password


Q. How to cancel an order?

Please send us an email at sales@itronicmobile.com titled “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation
Notes: Cancellation can only be made before item is shipped out


Q. What are the accepted transaction currencies?

All transactions will only be done in Malaysian Ringgit(MYR) only.


Q. How long does it take for the delivery of my order?

Delivery speed solely depends on the arrangement of courier service providers and is beyond our control. Normally it will take 2 - 3 working days from the shipped out date for West Malaysia delivery and 4 to 7 working days for East Malaysia delivery.
