PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:
The Xiaomi Electric Kettle 2 adopts an open 7-shaped handle design. This shortens the distance from lowering the kettle to pressing the switch, making the operation more convenient. The handle adopts a rounded line design, which makes the hand feel more comfortable, and it saves effort to pour water. Compared with the previous Xiaomi Smart Kettle, the capacity of the second-gen model is upgraded from 1.5L to 1.7L, which can boil 8 cups of water at a time. Thus, now, it easily meets the drinking needs of the whole family without frequent boiling. The kettle adopts a double-layer structure inside and outside to form a middle insulation layer to prevent accidental burns. The inner tank is made of food contact grade 304 stainless steel. It has a one-piece structure that is resistant to corrosion and oxidation and is more convenient to clean. As for safety, the Xiaomi Smart Kettle 2 uses the British brand STRIX thermostat. The latter allows the power supply to accurately trip and stop heating when the water reaches the boiling point. It also has four-fold power protection, including automatic power off when water is boild, and automatic power off when it is dry. The high temperature fuse protection and anti-shock design also brings some protection.
