All goods sold by Itronic Mobile Trading Sdn Bhd are strictly NOT returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless you received incorrect item(s) or manufacturing defected item(s). The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the all good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. Refund will be rejected if the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer. Itronic Mobile Trading Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost/damaged during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the item(s), customer will received their refund within 14 working days after the confirmation.
